Clay County Sheriff's Office said they have arrested two men in connection with the death of an Orange Park man whose body was found along railroad tracks on Jacksonville's Westside last month.

One of those accused was the victim's roommate.

The body of 30-year-old Terrance DeCatur was found April 28 along some railroad tracks on Jacksonville's Westside. On Friday, Jacksonville police, working with the Clay County Sheriff's Office, searched DeCatur's home on Gifford Avenue in Orange Park.

Tuesday morning, Clay County announced that James Buddenhagen, 40, of Middleburg, was charged with murder and Steven Blauch, 56, of Orange Park, was charged with accessory after the fact.

Deputies said Blauch was DeCatur's roommate, but all three lived together at one point. They believe DeCatur was killed during an argument -- probably in Clay County -- and the body was dumped near the railroad tracks on West First Street in Jacksonville.

Clay County homicide detectives credited cooperation with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office in making quick arrests in this case.
