FLAGLER BEACH, Fla. -

Flagler Beach police have arrested two Palm Coast men in connection with a robbery Thursday at a CVS Pharmacy on state Road 100 in Flagler Beach.

Matthias Sieber, 26, is charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, robbery with a weapon and trafficking in oxycodone. He is being held in the Flagler County Inmate Facility with bail set at $40,000.

Joseph Milici, 32, is charged as a principle to armed robbery, aggravated assault and trafficking. He is being held with bail set at $40,000.

Police were called to the robbery about 5 p.m. Thursday when a store clerk reported a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and dark glasses had demanded oxycodone. The man, according to the clerk, displayed a handgun that was tucked in his waistband.

Ten minutes after responding to the call, deputies had two men in custody near the intersection of Interstate 95 and Old Dixie Highway.

Deputies said one of the suspects threw the gun and 10 bottles of the prescription drug out of the window of the vehicle before being stopped.
