Triple murder suspects to face a judge, questioning by authorities

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Pasco County Sheriff's detectives will be in Jacksonville Friday, interviewing two people wanted for a triple murder and shooting in New Port Richey. The pair were captured Thursday night in Jacksonville.

Investigators plan to interview Christopher Lee Duncan, 26, and Dora Delgado, 38. Both who are both being held on warrants for three counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder for shooting and killing Louis Wayne Lunceford, 44, Shane Newland, 42, and Justin Huckeby, 25. The fourth victim, whose identity is being withheld at this time, is expected to recover from her wounds. Authorities said the murders happened inside a Moon Lake home in New Port Richey on Monday morning.

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office deputies located Duncan and Delgado inside a car parked in the parking lot of a business at the River City Marketplace, on Jacksonville's Northside. The car was surrounded and the pair were arrested shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday.

Their capture was a joint effort between the Pasco Sheriff's Office, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Hernando County Sheriff's Office, Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, New York Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

A phone call was received at 4:54 a.m. Monday with reports of shots fired in a New Port Richey neighborhood. When deputies arrived at an Adler Street .address, three bodies were found inside the home. The fourth victim had escaped the house when deputies arrived.

An autopsy by the District Six Medical Examiner's Office determined each of the victims died of gunshot wounds.

The blue Ford SUV the pair left in Monday morning was found abandoned Wednesday in front of a Weeki Wachee business in Hernando County.

Duncan and Delgado is expected to face a Duval County judge at 1 p.m. Friday.
