A fire swept through a house in suburban Washington on Thursday, killing two children and a man, an emergency official told CNN.
The blaze engulfed a dwelling in Glenarden, Md., said Mark Brady, spokesman for the Prince George's County Fire/EMS. He said the cause of the fire is not yet known.
A child was rescued and transferred to the National Children's Medical Center in Washington. Another child and a woman escaped before firefighters arrived. They are listed in good condition at a hospital.
