Troopers said Barrett got into the southbound lane in an attempt to turn onto Copper Creek Drive, not seeing Bennett's Jeep, and struck the left front of it.
FHP said the impact caused both Jeeps to spin and Barrett's struck Dixon's Accord, causing the Accord to overturn onto its roof in a ditch.
Barrett and Bennet both suffered minor injuries. Dixon was uninjured.
Troopers said the road was closed for about an hour.
Barrett is charged with violation of right of way.
