Officers say suspect stabbed victim in chest, resisted arrest

ORLANDO, Fla. – Two Orlando police officers were shocked on Saturday night when a portential stabbing suspect grabbed one of their Taser guns and used it against them.

Police said Brion Folsom, whom the officers found when responding to a call on Walnut Ridge Drive on Saturday night, violently resisted arrest and grabbed an officer's Taser.

WKMG-TV in Orlando reported that Folsom was eventually detained and the weapon was recovered.

The stabbing victim sustained a non-life-threatening wound to the chest and was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Folsom was charged with attempted first degree murder and other charges based on resisting arrest.
