2 people injured in early morning crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating an early morning crash that sent two people to Shands Jacksonville Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

According to police, the crash occurred around 3:41 a.m. Sunday. For an unknown reason one vehicle driving south on Myrtle T-boned a car driving west on Bay.

Police say alcohol and drugs may be a factor in the crash.

No names have been released. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
