JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Two people were shot, one fatally, Saturday night at an apartment complex in Arlington.
The shooting happened at the Arlington Village Apartments on Bert Road.

JSO told News4Jax that one victim died after being taken to UF Health Jacksonville and the second was in surgery, but should survive.
Police are still investigating. They said the victims were in their teens or early 20s, but did not release their names.
Detectives did not yet know what lead to the shooting or have any information about the shooters identity.
Witnesses who say they know the victims told News4Jax this shooting was not gang-related. JSO said it was too early in the investigation to know for sure.
