Caldwell is wanted on $100,000 bond on charges of schemes to defraud criminal use of personal identification information, and two counts of criminal use of the personal identification of a juvenile.

Police are also looking for Keisha Lloyd, 36, who's wanted on charges of criminal use of personal identification information.

Investigators said Lloyd used her child's personal information to fraudulently maintain her JEA account. She is wanted on $25,000 bond.

Police said that over the last decade, Lloyd has used many fake names, fake Social Security numbers, including those of family members, and her own children to open JEA accounts.

Due to the statute of limitations, the investigating officer was unable to arrest Lloyd for the outstanding money of $8,800 on past accounts that were identified with her, police said.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of either suspect is asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
