Police: Snake On The Lam In Jax Beach

7-Foot Boa Is Non-Venomous

Police said a 7-foot boa constrictor is loose at Jacksonville Beach after escaping from a home in the 700 block of 4th Avenue North Wednesday morning.

Boas are non-venomous.

Anyone who sees the snake is asked to call 904-270-1667.
