Man Drowns In Cocoa Beach Surf

COCOA BEACH, Fla. -- Authorities have pulled the body of a 47-year-old man from the surf in Cocoa Beach. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.Lifeguards pulled the Kissimmee man from the water about 5 p.m. Saturday and performed CPR. He was pronounced dead at Cape Canaveral Hospital,The man's name was not released. Cocoa Beach police are investigating the cause of death.A moderate rip current threat was forecast for Central Florida beaches this weekend.
