Fire Crews Estimate Blaze Caused $4,000 In Damage

NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. -- A gas grill fire damaged a North Hampton home over the weekend.The Nassau County Fire Rescue responded to the fire on Eastport Drive after a pot of grease ignited and sent the back porch up in flames.
Some nearby golfers were able to pull the screen off the porch and shut off the gas before any major damage occurred.Fire crews said the blaze caused about $4,000 worth of damage.
