Police said Jasmin Osmanovic wrote an affidavit detailing his relationship with Ponte Vedra housewife Quinn Gray.

Channel 4 has obtained that written sworn statement.

Osmanovic wrote that the two met at a gas station, and then "we started talking and she invited me to her house."

"She was nice at first and very open minded," Osmanovic wrote in the statement. "She was definitely a liberal person."

The written statement goes on to say the two "started to have an intimate/casual relationship. She definitely went from a normal person to a lunatic during sex."

Jasmin Osmanovic first appearance
Jasmin Osmanovic made a first appearance via closed-circuit television from the St. Johns County Jail.
Osmanovic reportedly told police the two had consensual sex at his work, at her home and at a hotel.

The written statement also said Gray was a bit of a freak in bed.

Osmanovic wrote, "She would tell me the days the cleaning lady and her husband were not at home. She made me a house key and also gave me the security code. She told me if I get to the house before her and someone came over, tell them I am the cable guy checking on the service."

Osmanovic goes on to say, "I was checking many things on Quinn and it damn sure was not cable related."

On her way to jail after being arrested, Gray told reporters, "No, I do not know him (Osmanovic). I have never seen him. He's a criminal."

Gray claims he kidnapped her, tied her up and demanded $50,000.

But Osmanovic told police a much different story.

He wrote in the affidavit, "She told me that she needs to get away from (her husband) Reid (Gray) for a couple of days, told me to pick her up at her house. She called all of the teachers at her daughter's school and put them in extended day. She told them Reid would pick them up later. We left the house."

Gray was gone for three days. Police, federal authorities, friends and family all searched for her.

Police found her and eventually arrested her.

Osmanovic and Gray are both charged with extortion.
