NEPTUNE BEACH, Fla. -- The Florida Highway Patrol said a man was killed in a crash involving a moped in Neptune Beach Monday evening.The crash happened in the 400 block of Atlantic Boulevard in front of the Kmart shopping center.Troopers said 20-year-old Anthony Ortega was ejected from his moped after being struck by another vehicle. Rescuers said he died at the scene.Rescuers said the passenger, 20-year-old Nicole Prado, was taken to Shands in serious condition.
