JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 40-year-old Arthur Martin on Monday in connection with a fatal shooting last week.Police said 19-year-old Javan Daniels was shot and killed Wednesday.According to the arrest report, Martin shot Daniels in front of several witnesses.Martin was released from prison in June after serving 10 years for second-degree murder, according to the report.
