ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- A registered sex offender is back in jail in St. Johns County.Police in St. Augustine said Robert Judy, 55, attacked a woman in the street and tried to force her to have sex.Police said the victim told them Judy propositioned her while she was walking to her mother's house Sunday.When she refused, police said Judy attacked the woman and tried to force himself on her.The woman told police Judy ran off when a car drove by.Judy faces both false imprisonment and battery charges. He's being held on $45,000 bond.
