Fallen Soldier's Body To Arrive At NAS Jax

Chief Warrant Officer Earl Scott III Killed In Iraq When Army Helicopter Crashed

Military officials said the body of a fallen soldier from Jacksonville killed last weekend in Iraq will arrive Friday.

Chief Warrant Officer Earl Scott III died when his Army helicopter crashed.

His body will be brought to Naval Air Station Jacksonville around 4 p.m. Friday.

A public viewing will be held at Hardage Giddens Funeral Home on San Jose Blvd in Mandarin from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The memorial service will be Saturday at NAS Jacksonville. The time has not yet been set.
