JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Duval County School Board said Patterson Academy for the Arts could lose its contract next week.The charter school was evicted from its building last Friday.District officials are recommending that the school board hold a special meeting Monday to immediately terminate the contract.The district is giving the school until 10 a.m. Friday to submit a comprehensive plan of action, including where they plan to hold classes, and a financial plan.The school's landlord has also given the school until noon Wednesday to pay more than $60,000 in back rent.
