"The deal was being was being transacted in the car. The suspect produced what we believe to be 30 Ecstasy pills ... the undercover officer produced money," Graham said. "As the deal is in progress ... the suspect makes a statement, 'You called the police on me.'"Graham said when Kohn pulled a six-shot handgun from his pocket, Sosnowski pulled his own gun and fired one shot, hitting Kohn in the neck.Kohn was rushed into surgery and was still alive late Friday afternoon. Graham said the suspect was in critical condition.This was the 13th officer-involved shooting in Jacksonville in 2009.
