- Office of the Tax Collector, Yates Building, 231 E. Forsyth St.

- All Tax Collector branch offices

- Office of the Property Appraiser, Yates Building, 231 E. Forsyth St.

- Duval County Courthouse, 330 E. Bay St.

- Supervisor of Elections main office, 105 E. Monroe St.

- Supervisor of Elections branch office, 5200-2 Norwood Ave.

- Planning and Development Department administrative offices, 128 E. Forsyth St.

- Animal Care and Protective Services (ACPS), 2020 Forest St.

- ACPS Mandarin Adoption Center, 10503-19 San Jose Blvd.

Garbage, Yard Waste and Recycling Collection

Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as usual. However, appliances will not be collected on that day. The Trail Ridge Landfill will maintain normal operating hours.

Huguenot Memorial Park

Huguenot Memorial Park will maintain regular hours on Monday. All but permitted campers and authorized visitors must leave by 6 p.m.

Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park

Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park will maintain regular hours as well on Monday.

Pools

The Cecil Aquatics Center on Normandy Boulevard will be open from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. on Monday. All 33 outdoor city pools are closed for the season.

Tennis Complexes

All three city tennis complexes will be open on Monday. Southside Park Tennis Complex on Hendricks Avenue will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Boone Park Tennis Complex on Park Street will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Clanzel T. Brown Park Tennis Complex on Moncrief Road will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Kids Kampus

Kids Kampus on Gator Bowl Boulevard will be open for regular hours on Monday. The hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Kids Kampus Splash Water Park is closed for the season.

St. Johns County Offices

All St. Johns County offices and libraries will be closed on Monday. Solid Waste collections will operate on regular schedules. Offices and libraries will resume normal hours on Tuesday, Feb. 16th.
