UPDATED: 10:51 pm EDT March 14, 2010

Rico McMillan was being held without bond in the Duval County jail on charges of false imprisonment and aggravated domestic battery with a weapon after an alleged domestic dispute led to a SWAT standoff.

Police said they were called to a home in the 1500 block of Pasco Street Saturday morning. According to a police report, McMillan's girlfriend told them he had been drinking and got angry. She said McMillan got a handgun and threatened her with it.

The report also states McMillan threw his girlfriend on the ground and repeatedly hit her had against a wall. Police say all of this happened in front of the couple's three children.

Investigators say McMillan locked himself inside the home and refused to talk with police. The SWAT Team responded and was able to arrest McMillan without incident.
