The Fraziers try not to think about the day their granddaughter was killed.

They moved out of that Northside home and into an apartment not too far away.

Their walls are covered with pictures of the 8-year-old, and their hearts are filled with happy memories.

When Vonnie talks about Dreshawna, her face just lights up.

"I miss holding her, I miss her helping me prepare a meal," Vonnie said. "If she wasn't in school, she was always with grandmom."
