3 bicycles stolen in St. Augustine

Police asking public for help locating bicycles

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – St. Augustine police are asking the public for help in locating three bicycles from two different thefts from overnight Thursday.

The first one is a gray Origin 8 Bike, described as a Crawler Fat Bike (similar to bike pictured) with an owner applied name of Yackattack.  It's valued at $1,700.  It was taken from the Bonez Smokehouse Restaurant on Anastasia Blvd.

The other bike theft took place at the Comfort Inn & Suites on San Marco Ave.  

Two Giant brand bicycles were taken off a bike rack on the back of a car.  One is described as a Giant Escape bike, black in color.  It's valued at $850.

The second bike is described as a Giant woman's cruiser, black in color.  It's valued at $600.

At this time there are no witnesses or suspects in either theft.
