JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Three men are charged with murder in the death of a missing 26-year-old presumed dead, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.

Dewight Martin (pictured) went missing sometime between Nov. 18-19, police said.

Investigators said evidence found in his rental car, along with statements from the three suspects, leads them to believe he's dead.

Jonathan and Joshua Nibbelink, both 33, and Gary Shepersky, 18, are charged with murder in what police called a drug deal gone bad.

Police released picture of Martin's car and are asking if anyone saw the car during the time frame Martin went missing.
