Deputies in Clay County are looking for a woman and two men who robbed another man at gunpoint in July.
Investigators said the woman approached the victim asking for money just before 2 a.m. July 17 in front of a Gate gas station located at 277 Blanding Blvd.
The woman told the man that her brothers were waiting for her across the street and they needed the money for a hotel room, according to deputies. The man said he would need to go inside the store and buy what he needed, and then would let her know.
When the man left the store, he walked toward his home, and the woman was still asking for money, deputies said. The woman then walked away toward her brothers, who were sitting at the corner of the business of Tuesday Morning, deputies said.
As the man approached his apartment on Blairmore Boulevard, he heard the click of a gun and saw two men running toward him, deputies said. One man directed the victim to a house on Clermont Drive West and told him to lie on the ground as they pointed a gun at his head.
The robbers then went through the victim's pockets and stole $23, a Galaxy S11 cellphone, a Florida ID card, a credit card and two packs of cigarettes, deputies said. They ordered the victim to stay on the ground or they would kill him.
The two men then ran toward Blairmore Boulevard and fled in a truck.
According to witnesses, the robbers are described as white men, one 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall, about 28-35 years old, with medium-length dark hair and tattoos on his neck, chest and arms. The other is described as 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 19-22 years old, with a shaved head and "clean looking."
The woman (pictured in a surveillance image above) is described as 5 feet 6 inches to 6 feet tall, about 25 years old, with long dark hair. She was believed to be pregnant at the time.
Anyone with any information regarding the robbery is asked to call the Clay County Sheriff's Office at 904-264-6512.
