Flagler County deputies said they received a call at 12:47 p.m. from a resident of Pine Brook Drive who reported seeing the four suspects running between houses in the neighborhood. Additional calls were received placing two of them walking in the area and two others going into a home on Pine Bush Lane, deputies said.

Deputies said they responded to the area and established a perimeter in the neighborhood. Shortly thereafter, they saw two suspects walking out of a wooded area carrying a backpack.

Upon seeing deputies, the two tossed the backpack they had been carrying over a fence, deputies said. The suspects were taken into custody and the backpack was retrieved.

Deputies said they responded to the home on Pine Bush Lane where the other two suspects were seen going into. Deputies established a perimeter around the home and gave verbal commands for them to come out of the home.

Both exited without incident and were taken into custody. Deputies said they later learned that one of the suspects lived in the home.

Deputies said they recovered all of the property stolen from the Pine Brook Drive home. Among the items were a Kel-Tec 9 mm handgun, two tablet computers, an iPad, an Xbox, cash, credit cards and jewelry.

Deputies said they recovered two additional firearms from the home on Pine Bush Lane. They said a shotgun and a 9 mm handgun were later located in the attic of the home. One of the weapons recovered was reported stolen from a home on Wellwater Drive in Palm Coast in January 2012, deputies said.

They said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.

"All of the witnesses who called us in this case did a terrific job," said Flagler County Sheriff James Manfre. "They each saw something that they felt wasn't right and called and provided us with crucial information that enabled us to take all of the suspects into custody and put them behind bars."
