5 Accused Of Stealing Power To Grow Pot
Police Said Electricity Was Diverted From Power Pole

Ware County Sheriff Randy Royal said the growers diverted electricity from power lines and used it to grow the plants in a 3,600-square-foot house.
Authorities said the five men were charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, trafficking in marijuana and theft of power.
The arrested were identified as Chrisnel Montenegro Gonzalez, 26, Alxarez Lazo, 33, and Feilipe DeJesus Novoa, 49, all of Jacksonville. Also arrested were Yoenky Morffi Diaz, 26 of Millwood, and Arairis Martinez, 33, listed as an owner of the house.
The five were being held in the Ware County jail pending a bail hearing.
