Woman Shoots Ex-Boyfriend; State Attorney Evaluating Charges
Detectives said Sally Hayes, 45, called police earlier in the evening saying that Kevin Hart, 32, had threatened her, then left.Investigators said that when Hart returned and forced his way into the woman's mobile home, she shot him.Hart was in critical but stable condition at Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center Monday morning.The woman was not arrested, but homicide detectives are still investigating the shooting.
