St. Johns County deputies said a man died in a motorcycle crash just before noon Saturday on International Golf Parkway between Interstate 95 and Highway US 1.

Investigators said 68-year-old Raymond Lee Witham was wearing a helmet at the time, but died at the scene.

Parts of International Golf Parkway were closed for several hours because of the crash, but it has since been reopened.
