Deputies said the truck was last seen driving on Holmes Boulevard.

Investigators found the passenger side mirror from the suspect vehicle at the scene of the crash. The mirror was an aftermarket reproduction mirror that could fit different types of small pickup trucks and SUVs.

Deputies said they are looking for a small pickup with an unknown color that should have damage to the
passenger side headlight area and a missing or recently replaced passenger side mirror.

There may be damage to the passenger side windshield and passenger side A-pillar, which supports the windshield.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Deputy J.D. McGinnis at 904-209-1498, or callers can remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a $6,000 cash reward by calling Crime Stoppers at 888-277-TIPS (8477).
