The perfect side to your favorite soup or chili during the holidays- Aunt Helen's corn bread recipe!
1 Bundt pan sprayed with pam and flour.
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 Tbs Baking powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs - slightly beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup creamed corn
1 small can chile peppers (optional)
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Add the wet and dry ingredients together and stir well.
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
