A 23-year-old Jacksonville man was convicted Tuesday afternoon on a charge of burglary to a dwelling.
In May, Cory Bouley broke into a home on Dandy Avenue. When the homeowner returned from work, he found his house ransacked. The homeowner also noticed an empty six-pack of beer the burglar drank.
Fingerprints led Jacksonville Sheriff's Office detectives to Bouley.
Bouley is a prison release re-offender and habitual felony offender. He has felony convictions for dealing in stolen property and child abuse.
Bouley faces 15-30 years in prison when he's sentenced the week of Jan. 14.
