Bomb squad responds to call

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

The bomb squad responded to a call in The Woods neighborhood Sunday after residents reported hearing a loud bang, according to authorities.

Authorities said they received the call around 3 p.m. about a loud noise heard near a path behind a house in the 2400 block of Fallen Tree Drive and close to a fence.

No injuries were reported.

The bomb squad said it found the remains of a two-liter bottle. The substance and content inside the bottle is under investigation.

Authorities said they have no suspects.
