One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Most women and some men find out that they have breast cancer later in life ....about in their 40s or 50s. But that wasn't the case for one patient. Courtney McCullough was 15 years old when she noticed a lump, but she didn't do anything about it at the time. Now at 20 years old, she has breast cancer in both breasts and has to get a mastectomy. And since October is breast cancer awareness month, Courtney and her mom wanted to bring awareness to the disease and the importance of getting check ups. Joining me this morning is Courtney McCullough and her mom Revon McGrier. 3 NOT AVAILABLE FOR CLOSED CAPTIONING.- tell us about how you found the lump and why didn't you do anything about it at age 15.- 15 is such a young age.
