CVS Oxycodone Robber Sought By Police

Police: Man Jumped Counter, Pulled Knife, Demanded Pills

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

A man who robbed a CVS pharmacy of oxycodone Tuesday night is being sought.

Jacksonville police said the man walked into the store in the 7400 block of Atlantic Boulevard just after 7 p.m., jumped the pharmacy counter and pulled out a knife and demanded the prescription drug.

Once the robber's demands were met, he fled east on Arlington Road toward Alton Avenue.

The man is described as a white man in his mid-20s, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 135 pounds with dirty blond or brown hair.
