3 We're starting to get our first look at some new visions for Jacksonville Landing .. City officials are now discussing ideas for changing the festival shopping center to make it more of a downtown destination. The ideas include opening up the river and waterfront view by removing the Laura Street on- ramp and off-ramp to the Main Street Bridge .. and giving people more reasons and more time to come to the landing.
