Cheese Krispies Recipe

Cheese Krispies

Ingredients:
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 cup rice krispies

Instructions:
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt margarine and cheese together. Remove from heat and add flour. Mix thoroughly. The mixture will be stiff. Add rice krispies. Mix well. Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 325 degrees for 14-15 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy with fresh fruit or a bowl of chili.
