A 22-year-old Middleburg man was indicted on a federal charge of receiving child pornography.
United States Attorney Robert E. O'Neill said Daniel Richard Bakaley was arrested Dec. 20 at his residence and is currently in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
If convicted, Bakaley faces a mandatory minimum of 5 years, and up to 20 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
