Coconut macaroons recipe
Easy coconut macaroon recipe that's perfect for your next party or bake sale!
2 cups corn flakes
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut (shredded)
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Next, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Next, spoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment at 2 inches apart.
Finally, bake 12-14 minutes and let cool completely.
