The winter months can wreak havoc on your looks, but you don’t have to accept the chapped skin and dark circles.

Another cold season tip? Increase your average amount of vitamins and minerals by up to 30-percent in the winter. The cold lowers blood flow, meaning less nutrients make it to the hair and nails, making them grow more slowly.
