The Clay County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who robbed a Compass Bank on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park on Wednesday morning.
Clay County deputies said the man was armed with a handgun and demanded cash from the teller about 10:30 a.m.
The man got an unspecified amount of money and took off running into nearby woods, deputies said.
Deputies and K-9s were searching in the wooded area behind the bank in the 500 block of Blanding Boulevard.
The robber is described as a white man with black, curly hair (possibly a wig), wearing a blue bandana and a black shirt.
No one was hurt in the robbery.
