3 A brewing land-fight in south Mandarin has a city councilman on the hot seat. Tonight city councilman Matt Schellenberg faced off with many unhappy constituents who don't want a new development in what they say is an already overcrowded neighborhood. The proposed development would be built on Joda Lane, just south of Old St.Augustine Road. Channel 4's scott johnson was at tonight's meeting. Schellenberg tried to placate the unhappy crowd by saying that he wants to listen to resident's concerns at a townhall meeting next month specifically focusing on this issue.
