Police said the man and another not involved in the drug deal eluded Baker County deputies following an undercover drug buy in a bar in Macclenny.

After the undercover deputies made the purchase, the man fled in a car back toward Baldwin, investigators said. They said he dumped the car at Clark Street off U.S. Highway 301 and went on foot.
