A wrongful death lawsuit has now been served against the man charged with killing a Jacksonville teen at a gas station the day after Thanksgiving.
The family of Jordan Davis is suing Michael Dunn, even though he hasn't gone to trial yet on criminal charges.
When a process server went to jail to serve Dunn with the lawsuit on Wednesday, Dunn refused to accept the paperwork.
On Thursday, the process server returned to the jail with a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office sergeant and served Dunn, even though he said again he didn't want to take it.
Dunn is accused of firing into a SUV full of teens in a dispute over loud music.
