3 Video shows a school beat down...a fight a local father says he ISN'T getting answers about. 3 Now .. a Putnam county man tells channel 4 his daughter was attacked in a hallway at her school. She goes to Palatka High. The school superintendent says the case is closed, but the girl's father says more should be done. He spoke to Channel 4's Vic Micolucci...who is joining us live from the newsroom .. He says another student started the video and handed it off to a friend...in what he calls a planned attack. 56:12 proceeded to beat her to the floor, not one punch, but beat her countless and repeated times until she had a situation that might have even been life-threatening. A Putnam County deputy wrote an incident report and the fathersays he tried to press charges ...for assault. But he says the state attorney's office and school district did nothing. David says the other teen was originally suspended for 10 days...but it was reduced to only a few....after an appeal from her parents. Since then, he says he's gotten no help ......which he thinks puts students in danger in the future.56:42 not only my daughter, Vic, but other people's children. David says he's not going to let down ...he admits he's had issues with the school district's decisions in the past...but this one is something he won't give up on.
