Fireworks show to honor America's birthday

Channel 4 to televise Jacksonville's fireworks in 2-hour live broadcast

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

This year's Jacksonville's Fireworks Spectacular will be bigger, better and higher than ever before.

Tom Wills and Mary Bear will host the broadcast coverage -- 8-10 p.m. -- from the Southbank. In addition to the fireworks, the program will honor this great nation along with the brave men and women serving in the military.

The Channel 4 news team will deploy along both sides of St. Johns River reporting on the events and giving the best view of the fireworks the River City has to offer.
