Florida voting problems addressed

VIDEO: Desline Victor, from Miami, waited three hours to vote in the 2012 presidential elections. For waiting those three hours, she was honored at the President's State of the Union Address. Florida's voting problems were discussed and an bill was signed into place to help solve the issue.
