JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Chefs and students battled it out in front of Food Network cameras at the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Jacksonville Thursday night.

The event was filmed for an episode of the Food Network's the "Great Food Truck Race," which is scheduled to air on Sunday, Sept. 16 at 9 p.m.

Four teams that included chefs and students from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Jacksonville, a branch of Miami International University of Art & Design, competed.

Each team had one hour and one basket of mystery ingredients to complete their dishes. Students were called upon to assist the competitors on the "Great Food Truck Race" to win $50,000 and their own food truck.
