Foul play is suspected in the death of a 30-year-old man whose body was found in a back parking lot between two buildings Monday morning, according to Jacksonville police.

Officers were called to the 200 block of North Liberty Street downtown about 7:50 a.m.

Police said Jason Pelishek was a transient. They said his cause of death is undetermined, but it was ruled a homicide.

Police said they have no suspect information.
