GE Working Capital Solutions, a commercial finance company, plans on opening an office in Jacksonville and hiring up to 300 people.
The company is expected to celebrate the office's grand opening on Thursday.
The office will be located at Flagler Center, an office park off Old St. Augustine Road and Interstate 95.
GE Working Capital Solutions will use their Jacksonville office as an account receivables management center.
The company serves 50,000 customers in more than 150 countries. It has 47 offices worldwide.
